About us:
Latitude 40 started as a farm based business on Flinders Island, Tasmania, Australia.
As wool producers, we had the desire to promote the benefits and use of our primary product - wool. In 1993, as a supplement to the farm's income, we commenced manufacturing woollen bedding from the cottage located adjacent to the homestead.
We now employ a number of local people in the manufacturing of a range of wool filled pillows, quilts and underlays. Our products are only available by direct mail order as we only attend the major Tasmanian agricultural field days and craft fairs.
